Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and using the grupopantera.net website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Grupo Pantera offers private security services, including:
Specific services, terms, and rates will be set forth in the service agreement that
- Security for condominiums and residential complexes
- Residential and on-site security guards
- Vehicle and pedestrian access control
- 24-hour surveillance
- CCTV monitoring
- Corporate and industrial security
- Security for high-profile events
- Custody and transportation
- Executive bodyguards
- Security consulting
Hiring Requirements
To hire Grupo Pantera’s services, the client must:
- Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Proporcionar informacion veraz y actualizada
- If you are representing a condominium or a company, you must have the legal authority to bind it
- Enter into the corresponding service agreement
- Comply with the agreed-upon payment obligations
Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to:
- To provide the necessary conditions so that Grupo Pantera staff can perform their duties properly
- Facilitate access to the facilities where the service will be provided
- Report any incident or situation relevant to safety in a timely manner
- Comply with the schedules and conditions agreed upon in the contract
- Make payments by the specified deadlines
- Do not ask security personnel to perform tasks that are outside the scope of their contract
- Treat Grupo Pantera staff with respect and dignity
Pantera Group’s Obligations
Grupo Pantera commits to:
- Provide services with professionalism, diligence, and quality
- Provide properly trained and certified staff
- Keep all legal registrations and authorizations up to date (REPSE, SSP, IMSS, STPS)
- Have valid liability insurance
- Provide uniforms and identification badges to your staff
- Continuously monitor service delivery
- Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Replace staff who do not meet quality standards
Quotes and Prices
Prices include:
- Statutory wages and benefits for employees
- Uniforms and Basic Equipment
- Liability Insurance
- Supervision and Administration
- Continuing Education
Quotes provided by Grupo Pantera Private Security are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but existing contracts will be honored under the agreed-upon terms.
Payment Method
Payments must be made in accordance with the terms of the contract. Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank Transfer
- Deposit into an account
- Personal check
Late payments may result in late payment interest and, if applicable, suspension of service in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Confidentiality
Grupo Pantera is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client, as well as data related to the operation of the service. This obligation will remain in effect even after the contractual relationship has ended.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of Grupo Pantera or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content on the Site is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Grupo Pantera.
Disclaimer
Grupo Pantera Seguridad Privada will not be liable for:
- Damages caused by unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure
- Loss or damage resulting from the negligence of the customer or third parties
- Service interruptions due to causes beyond your control
- Content on third-party websites linked from the Site
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Grupo Pantera’s maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the services contracted during the period in which the incident occurs.
Use of the Website
The user agrees to use the Site in a lawful manner and not to:
- Using the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the Site
- Spread viruses or malicious code
- Collecting information from other users without their consent
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
Termination of the Contract
The service contract may be terminated by:
- Mutual agreement between the parties
- Expiration of the agreed-upon deadline
- Breach by either party
- Early termination with the prior notice specified in the contract
In the event of early termination, payment must be made for the services provided up to the date of termination.
Modifications
Grupo Pantera reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site or the services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from these terms or the provision of services, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Cancún, Quintana Roo, and expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled by reason of their present or future domicile.
General Provisions
- Partial Invalidity: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Disclaimer: Grupo Pantera Seguridad Privada’s failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: The customer may not assign its rights or obligations without the prior written consent of Grupo Pantera.
- Notifications: Any notification related to these terms must be made in writing to the address or email address provided by the parties.
